Right click on image/s
Select 'Save Image As'
Select/Make Folder  and click 'Save'

How to Transfer Images to your Phone

Once you have images stored on your computer you can move them to your phone using USB or Bluetooth connection.

Or if you can receive e-mails on your phone you can attach images to e-mail/s and send to your phone/device.

Once on your phone text/forward to your contacts.
